We are seeking a detail oriented person who works well independently and has strong oral and written communications skills for our Office Administrator position. As Office Administrator you will need to be pro active in managing the daily administrative functions that help to keep the office work flow running smoothly. You will perform a wide variety of tasks which includes: typing lease documents, answering phones, lease payment entry, preparing accounting reports. You will be the liaison for the Director of Operations and the NAFC Office. NAFC is a small company that allows for excellent growth opportunities for those willing to "go the extra mile" and "think outside of the box". This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

2+ year's administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Windows XP
Financing/Equipment Leasing experience a plus but not mandatory
Well organized
Detail oriented
