Just did my fourth advanced sales training class in Boston

recent class in Boston last Saturday:

I have added their

The Leasing Academy website.
Our next class is in Toronto, Canada on Monday, September
15. I already have 10 students enrolled and can only take
a few more. Please don't wait till the last moment and get
shut out!
Upcoming advanced sales training classes include:

-
Dallas (Thursday, October 9)
-
San Diego (Saturday, October 11)

Two
New Classes Under Development
In the last month since we started our 1-day public classes,
We polled over 100 leasing professionals who told us what
they did not like about ELA, CarpeDiem, Euromoney, Granieri
and/or Wildwood classes. Feedback indicates
the following:
-
No one has created an effective 1-day class. Most of them
require 2-3 days out of the office for a low cost of $600
and a high cost of more than $2100, not including airfare,
hotel, meals, and local transportation which adds another
$1000-$2000 per student.
-
Classes are too large to create adequate intimacy among
students and instructors
-
Classes are held in facilities that do not cater well
to the business student
-
Teachers use outdated, outmoded and inaccurate information
in their presentation materials
-
Classes get cancelled on a regular basis
-
Classes are not targeted to the demanding needs of equipment
leasing sales professionals
-
Students feel that these companies charge way too much
for the value that they receive
Therefore,
we are completing the development of two new 1-day classes
which we will inaugurate at the end of October in New York
City.
-
Introduction to Equipment Leasing ($399)
-
Introduction to Lease Accounting, FASB 13 and Lease Taxation
($499)
Note
from Jeffrey: These two new classes will probably take place
the week of October 21. I should be able to let you know later
this week or early next week. Again, since I limit class size
to only 12 students you will need to register quickly in order
to secure your seat at these inaugural classes.
