Job Titles Director of Sales - Eastern Canada

Primary Responsabilities
(Including general accountabilities, but may not represent all tasks required for each position.)

For Eastern Canada (Quebec, Atlantic Provinces)
•  Supervise all New Business originations activities
•  Develop and implement sales plans and budgets
•  Accountable for bottom-line P&L
•  Recruit, hire, and train sales staff
•  May also originate transactions

Decision Making/Judgment •  Provide authorization for larger transactions within established guidelines
Performance Management

•  Performance Mgmt responsibility for all levels of Sales Representatives
•  Implement training plans to ensure required competency levels

Experience, Competencies, and Education

•  Competencies : Interpersonal skills, Teamwork & Collaboration, Office Technology, Planning & Organization, Communication Skills, Customer Focus, Selling and presentation skills, advanced in Financial Structuring and Negotiation, Performance Management, General Mgmt, Project Mgmt, Process Improvement and Training
•  Experience : 5+ yrs
•  Education : BS preferred or equivalent experience
•  Language: Quebec French, Canadian English
