Supervise all New Business originations activities
Develop and implement sales plans and budgets
Accountable for bottom-line P&L
Recruit, hire, and train sales staff
May also originate transactions

Competencies : Interpersonal skills, Teamwork & Collaboration, Office Technology, Planning & Organization, Communication Skills, Customer Focus, Selling and presentation skills, advanced in Financial Structuring and Negotiation, Performance Management, General Mgmt, Project Mgmt, Process Improvement and Training
Experience : 5+ yrs
Education : BS preferred or equivalent experience
Language: Quebec French, Canadian English
