I have left you a voicemail and I also called your cellular phone number with regards to this email.  As I stated in the voicemail, I do not understand what you mean by "...continued procrastination on you're part..."  If I am not mistaken you and Dan had a conversation in which you told him to send you the final documents.  The final documents where sent to you on 15 November 2004, since then we had not heard from you despite trying to reach you on numerous occasions via telephone.

A.J./Dan   Do to continued procrastination on you're part in financing a
lease for one bobcat i have taken my business elsewhere.I have sent you
monies to secure a lease that i beleive you had no intent of funding. at
