Documentation/Funding Staff

The Pacific Capital Companies, LLC is seeking a documentation and funding specialist who will be responsible for drawing lease documents and checking them when they are submitted for funding. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a team environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Generate clear and presentable lease documentation
  
• Review incoming documents for accuracy
  
• Fund transactions within metric timeframes
  
• Communicate with sales representatives, customers and vendors as necessary

Qualifications and Education:

• Available on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• One (1) year of equipment leasing/banking documentation/funding
  or related experience preferred
• Ability to work individually and within a team
• Detail oriented
