“Wanted to provide you with an update on the merger of Bank of Walnut Creek and First Republic Bank as it pertains to BWC Equipment Leasing. “The sale doesn't close until October and we will not see any changes in our programs in '06. First Republic currently does not offer leasing and they have expressed strong interest in the product. “I am anticipating new and exciting opportunities to bring to the market in '07.” Paul Knowlton, CLP
