Jim Raeder to Reveal Culprit September 10th

“Thorough research to uncover the culprit? Don't you mean that Jim Raeder called you and you told him who sent you that email regarding the business tactics he learned from Raeder and McQuitty? Way to protect your source Mr. Journalist!”

The above was received just as the innuendoes and malicious comments about CapitalWerks.

The e-mail being sent around came to Leasing News in two formats, first via AOL at our AOL address ( a personal e-mail) from a “free e-mail address” and not identified.  The second e-mail  was sent via our on line form where the sender can be anonymous (they do not have to identify themselves.)  It was sent in the same manner as the accusation.  It may not have been sent by the original person, but one of their recipients.

We don't know who the “culprit” is, but have been told Jim Raeder knows.  The foreign legion won't be far enough for this person to hide.  He is toast.

The sender of the original “inside” e-mail went to a “store,” paid cash to use the computer, and then went on line to a “free e-mail” address using the store's computer e-mail address, then sending to a group, including kitm@aol.com. By hiding twice, the sender thought he would not be found.   However, the sender made one “Colombo” mistake; and that is how Jim Raeder found him.

Leasing News will not reveal any source, and have been in both deposition and court and seriously tested on this position.  Only if a source gives us permission to name them would will do so, as it would not only be unethical, but would render others from telling us things with anonymity.

If you are going to do “dirt” to Jim Raeder, be prepared to pay the consequences.  If he has one reputation that is true, he does get “even.”
