Telecom Agents Assoc. Looking for “Leasing Legal Experts”

The latest newsletter of the Telecom Agents Association is devoted to the NorVergence “defense fund” and “legal co-op,” outlining recent leasing company suits regarding lessees no longer making lease payments for equipment not working and/or allegedly misrepresented.  Some involve “private label” contracts and others “third party.”  Thirty NorVergence customers have joined the “legal co-op” to date.
