26 leasing companies have been named in this class action suit, and the first is now moving into an additional mode operandi: 

“We are now accepting cases that require individual representation for the defense of putative class members that have been sued individually by leasing companies around the country.  As a result of overwhelming demand from putative class members, the Law Offices of Michael Scott Green and Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, in conjunction with law offices around the country, will be referring cases to those jurisdictions where individual representation is necessary.   

“If you require individual representation for the defense of an action against you, please submit or resubmit your form on our website www.njnorvergenceclassaction.com and indicate that you would like individual representation and in which state you have been sued.

“Please note, the class action is being represented on a contingency fee basis and there is no retainer or up-front fee to putative class members.

 “If we are successful in the class action litigation, we will make an application to the Court for attorneys fees and expenses.  Individual representation in the defense of an individual claim against you will require the signing of a retainer and a retainer fee.”
