One World Leasing New Officers/Board Members

Phoenix, AZ – OneWorld Leasing, Inc., a financial business cooperative owned by sixteen independent leasing and finance companies, announced that its membership elected two OneWorld members to fill new Board of Director positions.

John Winchester

Aaron Rios, president of AAW Capital Corporation dba ProLease, Newport Beach, CA and Bud Callahan, president of National Equipment Leasing, Indianapolis, IN have been elected to the newly created board positions. During the same meeting John Winchester, CLP, president of ComCo Equipment Leasing Group in Nashville, TN, was re-elected to the board for an additional three (3) year term.

Additionally, the following board and company officers were elected: David Stearns, president of American Leasing Alliance in Algonquin, IL was re-elected Chairman of the Board; Stan Ragley, president of Leasing Resources, Incorporated in Charlotte, NC was re-elected Vice Chairman of the Board; Bud Callahan, president of National Equipment Leasing in Indianapolis, IN was elected Secretary; and Lou Manitzas, president of OneSource Financial Corporation in Austin, TX was elected Treasurer.

Previously, Ms. Foglesong was Vice President for Marathon Capital and National Marketing Director for the Diversified Capital Group of Dana Commercial Credit, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fortune 500 Company, Dana Corporation. Ms. Foglesong received her Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University and pursued her MBA at the University of Tampa.
