Sunday Sermon
Everything I need to know about life, I learned from Noah's Ark...
One: Don't miss the boat.
Two: Remember that we are all in the same boat.
Three: Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.
Four: Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.
Five: Don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.
Six: Build your future on high ground.
Seven: For safety sake, travel in pairs.
Eight:: When you're stressed, float a while.
Nine Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.
Ten: No matter the storm, when you are with God, there's always a rainbow waiting..
Here is a placard address in PDF format of the Placard above which you can print on a color printer.
According to the Bible account in the book of Genesis, Noah's Ark came to rest over 4300 years ago on the mountains of Ararat.
The mountains are close to the borders of Iran and Armenia (formerly Soviet Union). This location reportedly does not provide a hospitable environment for an exploratory search for Noah's Ark. It is allegedly a hot spot for arms trading with Iran for the mountain provides good refuge for bandits.
There are nomads which live on the mountain. They are considered friendly when they see that you are not carrying any weapons. The mountain provides their sustenance through pure mountain water, valley crops and the herds of sheep and goats that they keep.
Based upon the information that Mathew Kneisler has gathered, he believes that Noah's Ark does exist on Mount Ararat also known as Mount Judi by some Muslim scholars. It has been preserved all of these years by the hand of God and exists the ice fields on Ararat.
